How cash on delivery works
Order with no card, pay the courier when the parcel reaches your door: what happens after you order, what to have ready, and what to do if something is wrong.

Nothing is charged online
Cash on delivery is the only way to pay here for now. You add what you want to your bag, check out with your name, phone number and address, and pay nothing at that moment. The money changes hands at your door, in cash, once the parcel is in your hand.
There is no card number to type and no online payment to trust. If you have been burned by an online shop before, sis, this is the part that matters: you see the parcel before you part with a dirham.
What happens after you order
You get an order confirmation straight away with the amount to have ready. Orders placed before 3 pm (UAE time) count from that day; anything later counts from the next day. Delivery is free across the UAE and takes 1–2 days, every day of the week.
Once the parcel is with the courier you can track your order. If you need to change the address or the delivery window, tell us before it ships — once it is loaded on the van we cannot redirect it. Cancelling before dispatch is simple, because nothing has been charged.
At the door
Four small things make the handover quick for both of you.
- Have the exact amount ready in cash if you can. The courier cannot take a card, and the amount cannot be changed at the door.
- Answer the phone. Couriers call before they arrive, so give the number you actually pick up.
- Check the parcel before the courier leaves: the seal, the shade, the quantity.
- Filming the opening takes ten seconds and settles any argument later. Plenty of our customers do it as a matter of habit.
If something isn't right
Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Anything that arrives wrong or damaged is replaced free — send us a photo within 48 hours.

Sending it to someone else
With cash on delivery, whoever opens the door pays the courier — so a surprise sent to her address means she pays for her own present. Have it delivered to you instead, pay at your door, and hand it over yourself. More on that in gift sets for Nanay.
