Delivery across the Emirates
Free delivery to every emirate in 1–2 days, a 3 pm cut-off, and how to track a parcel — plus what to do when you'll be at work as it arrives.

Free, to every emirate
Delivery is free across the UAE — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah — with no minimum order. The price is the same wherever you are, so an order to Mussafah or Al Nahda costs exactly what an order to Karama costs: nothing.
Orders take 1–2 days, every day of the week. Each product page shows the date your parcel should arrive, worked out from the moment you are looking at it.
The 3 pm cut-off
Orders placed before 3 pm (UAE time) count from that day; anything after 3 pm counts from the next day. That one line is the difference between a Thursday parcel and a Saturday one, so if you are close to the cut-off it is worth checking out now and browsing later.
There is no countdown clock on it. It is simply the time the day's parcels leave for the courier.
Where you'll be when it arrives
Most orders go to a home address while the buyer is at work. Four things that make it easier:
- Give the phone number you actually answer — the courier calls before arriving.
- Put the building name, flat number and a landmark in the address. Satwa, Deira and International City all have buildings that look alike from a van.
- Finish late? Ask for an evening window in the order notes and we will pass it on.
- Sending to shared or staff accommodation? Name the person who can receive the parcel and pay for it.
Tracking, and changes
Once the parcel is with the courier you can track your order with your phone number. If you need to change the address or the window, tell us before it ships; once it is loaded we cannot redirect it. If it arrives wrong
Check the parcel at the door while the courier is still there; that is the easiest moment to spot a broken seal or the wrong shade. Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
